INCOMA is a training agency with a large experience in the development and coordination of European projects within the framework of the Lifelong Learning Programme and other Mobility and Research programmes. INCOMA has also worked as technical assistance in numerous projects within Education and Training fields.
INCOMA's activity is devoted to the knowledge transfer and projects, particularly those targeting groups at risk of exclusion or with special difficulties to enter the labour market like young people, women or migrants. INCOMA's main fields of activity are outlined below:
• Mobility;
• Vocational training;
• Employment: Boosting EU professional profiles; Equal opportunities and labour inclusion;
• Entrepreneurship;
• Languages: YES is subsidiary of INCOMA and a Regional accredited School that provides language and VET courses.
The INCOMA group is made up of a multicultural and committed team of almost 20 people.
During the past 10 years, INCOMA has been involved in numerous EU projects funded by LdV II, LLP, ESF, ENPI CBC MED, INTERREG IV, POCTEFEX or ERASMUS MUNDUS.
INCOMA has participated in more than 200 mobility projects funded through LLP acting either as promoter, coordinator, sending organization or hosting organization.
